Back by popular demand is our Santa Fe Baked Tamale Pie. This dish was originally offered a couple years back and was well received, but just didn’t make the cut and was never included on our main menu. Due to the many recent requestes for the Tamale Pie, we have decided to bring it back.

It starts with 2 seasoned steaks cooked to perfection in a cast-iron skillet and is accompanied by a baked potato -or- goats milk mashed potatoes and grilled chilies & onion in a sour cream sauce with a side servering of beans and vegetables that is sure to satisfy the biggest of appetites.
